Hello, I’m Dee.

I provide timely solutions to businesses that need branded document support.

I have been working freelance since 2014 when I left corporate life to gain greater control. I am a Microsoft geek and my passion is to make documents interesting. I love the variety of working with different companies and in different industries.

My job satisfaction comes from supporting other SMEs and giving them time to better engage their clients and achieve business success. I make it possible for any brand to present a professional image by creating professional documents, engaging presentations and stunning spreadsheets.





I may work remotely, but I believe in building a trusted relationship with my clients. I take time to understand their brand and specific requirements. This informs my work and ensures I deliver dedicated, detailed & dependable virtual business services.

Before setting up as a virtual assistant I spent 17 years working for a corporate telecommunications company. Here I developed skills and experience in learning & development and project management. Training was a major element in my corporate role and this continues to be a theme in current freelance work. Over time I have designed, delivered, scheduled and managed training courses and material for many subjects. I’ve also had responsibility for the Learning Management Systems, used to book training or to complete and record online learning. I’ve also worked as a project manager, bringing together virtual teams and various elements to deliver system upgrades on time and to budget. The skills needed to organise and juggle the elements of projects have proved invaluable for me in running my own business!
